Mayu is a leader of Kakurenbo team. She has served hospitality services in Manhattan for several years and holds masters in the US. One of her passions is to tell people real cool places to enjoy life instead of sending people to typical sightseeing sites. She has started this Kakurenbo concierge service to give chances to people who want to have real experience in Japan. She was born and grew up in Yokohama, Japan. She has traveled to more than 20 countries and lived in Europe. Her taste introduces true meaningful places and activities.

Rie, who lives in Tokyo, leads the way when it comes to finding places that can be tailored to your needs. She has lived in New York City for more than 10 years, so she is familiar with Western preferences. She has also lived in Tokyo for 15 years. She has the ability to design itineraries for all budgets and is well-versed in unique places that few tourists have the opportunity to visit.
